Flexibility Classes

In this class you will learn safe and effective methods to help you improve your flexibility. It will help your muscles and joints feel less stiff and help you gain a better understanding of the importance and benefits of stretching for everyday activities.


Flexibility is important both for functionality and Pole Dancing to prevent injury and ensure full range of motions during Pole dancing and everyday activities.


Our flexi classes are instructed by a qualified physio therapist as well as competitive Pole Dancer.
